Arrived in Cape Town on January 09, 2008, the President of the Republic of Madagascar, accompanied by the first lady, Mrs Lalao RAVALOMANANA, has taken advantage of his private stay in Cape Town to visit, on Saturday 12, the Consulate general of Madagascar in Newlands. The presidential couple was welcomed at the Consulate General by Mr. Bary RAFATROLAZA, Consul General of Madagascar in Cape Town. The Consul General seized the opportunity to show the President the Malagasy showroom, established within the Consulate premises, showcasing the country’s investment and trade potentials and opportunities, in accordance with the Madagascar Action Plan (MAP)
