MADAGASCAR ACTION PLAN: ACTION OF THE MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS
During the workshop about the MAP that was held last Saturday
in Antsirabe, it was revealed that the greatest problems of the population are
the insecurity and the inflation. Everyone hopes that the poverty will be
overcome in 2012. Thus, the Minister of Foreign Affairs answered that if there
are the population’s expectations, the role of his Ministry is to satisfy these.
Through the foreign representations which promote Madagascar in the countries
where they are working, the visit of foreign investors is encouraged. An
important place is also given to each form of cooperation (regional, bilateral
and multilateral) to find the solutions to the problems which concern us.
